Job Title: Service Center Manager

At VIOCF, we're looking for a skilled Service Center Manager to lead our team and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our service center, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of the service center, including hiring, training, and discipline of employees
  • Provide superior customer service leadership and build trust with repeat customers
  • Mentor and train the team to optimize their development and performance
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and maintain a clean, well-organized service center
Requirements:
  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and knowledge of cash handling policies
  • Reliable transportation and ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
