Key Responsibilities- Lead key initiatives to support the growth and financial success of our client, Quad
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes for the client population
- Collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and healthcare providers
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine and completion of appropriate residency
- Active board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 5+ years of experience in primary care required
- Three (3+) years supervising/training/mentoring strongly preferred
- Two (2) years of leadership experience managing other providers preferred
- A practice based on quality of care and not productivity
- Commercially insured patient base
- Outpatient only with preventative medicine focus
