About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Manager to lead our team at VIOC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our service center, including hiring, training, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service center employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Mentor and train team members to optimize their development and performance.
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance procedures, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized service center and a safe and secure working environment.
  • Provide superior customer service leadership and build trust with customers to drive repeat business.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the quick lube or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage inventory, labor, and financial performance.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
