Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients and/or their representatives to obtain complete and accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information

  • Answer patient communication pathways, including phone calls, messages, and emails
  • Schedule appointments and process medical record requests
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare insurance experience
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills, including typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Strong desire to assist others and provide excellent customer service
  • Highly dependable and organized
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Impeccably clean, polished, professional image
