This position will be based in our Raleigh or RTP office and will require a flexible schedule with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, with adjustments as needed for office-related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through our financial management system.
  • Schedule and update calendars for attorneys and staff.
  • Initiate the file opening process for conflicts checks.
  • Record time entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and make necessary arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation and word processing of documents.
  • File documents in our document management system.
  • Upload electronic documents and maintain a secure digital environment.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, packages, and envelopes.
  • Perform special projects as needed and provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must be organized, prompt, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Must commit to the confidentiality of client- and firm-related information.
  • Must have working knowledge of various types of technology, including databases, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
