Job Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Staff, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests by monitoring their conduct and enforcing venue policies and procedures.
• Operating coat check rooms, scanning tickets for entry, and administering wristbands as necessary.
• Greeting guests, resolving complaints, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Monitoring the consumption of alcohol to prevent underage drinking and ensure responsible behavior.
• Seating guests and assisting ADA patrons, enforcing all relevant policies and procedures.
• Acting as a member of the emergency evacuation team during facility emergencies.
