About the Role

We are looking for an Event Services Coordinator to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer guest questions, direct them to important areas of the venue, and provide additional assistance when needed.
  • Operate coat check rooms, scan tickets, and administer wristbands for event entrance.
  • Monitor guest conduct, resolve complaints, and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Seat guests and assist patrons with disabilities.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
