Drive Business Growth as a Commercial Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at Moore's Electrical & Mechanical. As a key player in our sales department, you will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence in the market and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized service and maintenance solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in outside/B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and employee stock ownership plan.
  • Paid vacation time, paid parental leave, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
