Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Account Executive to join our team at Level One Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Utilize various channels to generate leads and qualify them for the sales team.
- Maintain a list of existing clients and warm 250 prospects, regularly engaging with them to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build a network of contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Ability to build a sales engine and drive leads organically.
- Strong knowledge of IT managed services and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
