Job Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The key functions of this role involve supporting the Treasury department with organization-wide Treasury-related initiatives.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with:
Activities related to leasing, capital structure management, cash flow forecasting, automation of daily cash operations, oversight of the letter of credit portfolio, and other strategic treasury functions.
Financial Reporting:
Collaborating with the financial reporting team and corporate accounting during monthly and quarterly closing processes.
Treasury Operations:
Primary and secondary duties include processing authorized daily wire transfers and ACH transactions; monitoring daily bank accounts for any unusual activities; and ensuring daily target balances are maintained for the organization’s bank accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a focus in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent, particularly in treasury or financial analysis.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is necessary.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to engage effectively with senior management across all levels.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary.
