Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 2 years of Disability and Life Group Benefit experience.">
  • Strong knowledge of Group Insurance terms and administration.">
  • Group Life & Health license required.">
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.">
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to convey The Hartford's value proposition.">
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.">
  • Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong relationships.">
  • Ability to work independently.">

Benefits

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in one of our offices. The listed annualized base pay range is $64,480 - $96,720.
