Compensation: $55-$60/hr
Position Overview
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with various levels of business leadership to identify organizational needs and articulate precise systems requirements.
- Act as a key IT&T liaison for mid-tier management, addressing the requirements of multiple business divisions.
- Guide and support team members in applying business process modeling methodologies.
- Ensure effective resolution of issues and communicate necessary actions to relevant management personnel.
- Create and sustain business process models for individual Business Units as well as at an Enterprise level.
- Identify and refine project-specific process models from the overarching Enterprise Process Model.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of business operations and complex systems related to the entire applications portfolio, facilitating the associated business functions.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Business Analyst processes is essential.
- Experience in drafting requirements.
- Proficient in developing workflows.
- Ability to create High-Level Estimates (HLEs).
- Skilled in writing user stories.
- An Associate's Degree in relevant fields combined with 8 years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree, with demonstrated progress towards a related degree.
- Experience with AGILE methodologies is required.
- AGILE certifications are a significant advantage.
- Local candidates only; hybrid work requires in-office presence three days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
- Master's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of direct experience in the responsibilities outlined for this role.
