Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tim Hortons in Grand Island, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process food orders and prepare beverages to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room and drive-thru area.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Adhere to all operational standards and guidelines for product preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders.
  • Ability to work on a team and with multiple employees.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent standing and walking on tiled surfaces.
  • Use of headset for order processing at the drive-thru.
  • Exposure to cold and high heat temperatures.
