Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and facilitate meetings, including arranging schedules, drafting agendas, and managing logistical details. Ensure that meetings are well-planned and executed to align with departmental objectives.
2. Create documents, reports, and presentations, and assist with the coordination of various tasks. This involves extracting information from technical drawings, communicating it to suppliers, and ensuring clarity in communication.
3. Collect, compile, and systematically organize records and documentation. Maintain precise filing systems, including both alphabetical and numerical organization.
4. Gather data and generate standard and customized reports with essential information for informed decision-making. Support budgeting processes and track financial data as needed.
5. Provide tailored administrative assistance to meet the specific needs of the department, particularly in a technical setting. Aid in non-technical tasks, allowing engineers and management to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in an administrative support capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in an office setting is mandatory.
- High School/GED level proficiency in reading, communication, mathematics, and problem-solving skills necessary for administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic financial or budgeting knowledge is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a technical or research and development environment, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Familiarity with global communication and multicultural work settings.
- Additional skills in research, graphics, or financial tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
