Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing world-class automotive seat systems and components with high quality comfort and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automotive seat systems and components with high quality comfort and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional divisions to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Work with suppliers to coordinate requirements and schedule activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize design and development processes.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for review by senior engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year related industry experience.
  • Past experience with CAD software (CATIA V5 or V6 preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
