Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive product education, covering both basic and advanced features for Source end-users.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client-facing educational services.
  • Act as a primary contact for urgent client requirements as necessary.
  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex client issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the problem-solving process, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, health services administration, mathematics, science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, education, or consulting is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of the healthcare system, particularly regarding Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payment methodologies.
  • Experience in interpreting complex health-plan provider rates and claim editing provisions.
  • Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
