Job Summary:
Farm Crew members play a vital role in our organic vegetable production operations at Appleton Farms. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for the upcoming season.

About The Job:
The selected candidates will work closely with our experienced farm crew to implement the crop plan, maintain efficient systems, and strive for high-quality production. Key responsibilities include greenhouse and high tunnel production, field operations, vegetable harvest, wash and pack, and general farm maintenance projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with farming practices is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems is essential. You must also be able to accommodate a variable schedule with occasional early mornings and flexible hours.
