IFG is currently seeking a Regional Finance Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley control standards. This position will oversee the financial closing process, reporting obligations, and the consolidation and analysis of forecasts, while also managing weekly cash flow projections.

The Regional Finance Manager will serve as the primary liaison with Corporate Finance regarding various internal control and compliance matters, ensuring that all changes are effectively communicated and implemented at the plant level.

This is a hybrid position that may require occasional travel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the closing and consolidation processes for plant financials.
  • Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews with plant leadership.
  • Lead the development of departmental objectives that align with broader business strategies.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and allocation process, including quarterly reviews.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency of financial operations and controls across the division.
  • Facilitate proactive SOX meetings to strengthen plant controls and mitigate risks of control failures.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the execution of special projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration and/or CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a multi-site operational environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Hyperion/FCCS.
