As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique treadmill studio experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services to new and existing members.
  • Conduct studio tours and provide personalized guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, programs, and pricing to provide accurate information to members and guests.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment.
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote our studio and build brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting or standing for up to four hours at a time, reaching with hands and arms, bending, lifting, and driving a car. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Effective hearing is also required for in-person and phone interactions.
