  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to capture brand moments and education elements, while bolstering consumer awareness of our product mix.
  • Social Media Management: Work with brand partners to showcase compelling storytelling across our social media landscape, including co-branded content, giveaways, live streams, video, and more.
  • Brand Awareness: Propel our name across existing social media channels and expand into new ones, ensuring omnichannel delivery.
  • Strategy Development: Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Compliance: Work alongside compliance to ensure approved messaging is deployed in the market.
  • Reporting: Establish weekly reporting for all in-market social media channels.
  • In-Store Digital Touchpoints: Assist with in-store digital touchpoints and the content hosting thereof, including lobby and showroom TVs, kiosks, and check-in systems for photography and video.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure in-store digital touchpoints showcase proper promotions, deals, and sales, while maintaining cohesive and consistent branding across all stores.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education or respective Digital Marketing Certificate(s)
  • Experience: Digital Marketing experience required: 1-3 years
  • Skills: Experience with enterprise social media management platforms & CRMs, flexibility of hours, nights and weekends, technology working proficiency preferred (CRM/CDP/eCommerce/Email/Text/SEO)
  • Personal Qualities: Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results, organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
