Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time Custodian to join our team in St. Albans, VT. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.

Working Schedule:
Monday through Friday / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.57 per hour
Health and Welfare Pay: $7.75 per hour (up to 40 hours per week). This position is part of a union.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of commercial or government buildings.
- Execute floor care tasks, including carpet and hard surface maintenance.
- Carry out stripping, waxing, and buffing of floors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in building cleaning services.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
