Key Responsibilities- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and federal regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Clean and maintain assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements.
- Operate Equipment Safely: Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Dispose of Waste Properly: Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
- Report Maintenance Concerns: Identify and report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
- Secure the Facility: Ensure the building is locked/unlocked as required and secure company assets.
- Previous Experience: Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Safety Awareness: Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Excellent Communication: Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
- Adaptability: Adaptable to guests' needs and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Aramark offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.50 to $17.00, depending on circumstances. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. As an at-will employee, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
