Senior Capture Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Capture Manager to join our team at Analytica. This strategic-thinking professional will be responsible for identifying, capturing, and securing new business opportunities across the National Security market.
Responsibilities- Pipeline Development
Develop, track, and successfully execute a pipeline of opportunities to support our growth objectives across the National Security market with emphasis on DHS headquarters, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Relationship BuildingFoster strong relationships with key agency decision makers, influencers, industry partners to shape opportunities and position Analytica to win.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork collaboratively and proactively across the organization to drive and achieve broader company growth objectives.
Market Research and AnalysisConduct market research and analysis to stay current on federal agencies' mission priorities, opportunities, and buying trends.
Proposal SupportProvide strategic guidance and actively engage in supporting proposal efforts.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience conducting federal business development activities.
- In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and existing contracts across DHS, DOS, and DOJ.
- Proven, sustained ability and reputation of winning contract awards of $50M+.
- Self-initiator, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to inspire growth.
- Working knowledge missions, cultures, organizational components, leadership, major programs, challenges and buying trends across the National Security market.
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry counterparts across the National Security market.
- Experience offering IT solutions and services including IT Modernization, IT Strategy, Agile Transformation, Cloud Solutions, Agile Software Development, DevSecOps, CX Design, Change Management, and Data Visualization and Analytics.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
