Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to oversee all accounting responsibilities related to our construction business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record of managing complex accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash analysis and forecasting for multiple LLCs
  • Operational budgeting for operating real estate
  • Monitoring budget to actual performance of construction and operating projects
  • Fixed asset tracking
  • Analyzing and scheduling Construction in Progress accounts
  • Compiling management financial reports
  • Collaborating with lenders on construction and permanent financing information needs

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expert with Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA license preferred
  • Procore and Sage/Timberline experience preferred
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
