Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality, by developing or enhancing products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes.
  • Monitor the efficacy of products and use business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs while adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience.
  • Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated acumen to build/maintain relationships.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe Agile.
  • ITIL.
  • Experience writing technical requirements.
