This role is pivotal in daily patient interactions, offering invaluable experience in the evolving field of mobile healthcare. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for this dynamic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate under the guidance of licensed NP/PA providers
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
  • Perform IV starts and blood draws, adhering to state regulations
  • Apply splints and provide wound care
  • Utilize point-of-care laboratory equipment, including its operation, calibration, and upkeep
  • Administer EKGs
  • Support NP/PAs in the daily operations of a mobile care delivery unit
  • Document patient information accurately
  • Manage supply inventory and vehicle preparation before and after shifts

Qualifications:

  • Medical Technician certification, including:
    • Basic Certification with WA, EMT License (essential credential)
    • MA-C or MA-P certification
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Capability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs with ease
