  • Health and Safety: Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent.
  • Experience: Four years of warehouse experience, with at least two years in a management role.
  • Skills: Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives, strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ability to manage details and appreciate complexity.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, flexible and innovative with a collaborative style.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to bend, stand, and walk for prolonged periods, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
