Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Norfolk Companies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design promotional graphics and marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message
  • Create and share engaging content on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Update and create website content, including content pages, job photo galleries, team bios, and blogs to showcase our company's expertise and services
  • Assist with tasks in HubSpot CRM to facilitate lead movement through the sales funnel and track marketing campaign performance
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of various marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and print campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Gather data and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns to inform future marketing strategies
  • Schedule and organize job photoshoots, coordinating with photographers and homeowners to capture high-quality images that showcase our products and services
  • Support other marketing tasks as needed to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation to effectively engage with our audience
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) to track lead movement and campaign performance
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on detail and execution to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with our team and stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Able to work through others to accomplish goals and drive results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to effectively manage our marketing campaigns and track performance
