About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Management Assistant to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the market management in all tasks and, if necessary, also in a substitute role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the REWE sales concept and contribute to the design of the assortment and realization of advertising and sales measures.
- Manage sales, cost, and inventory development, as well as the implementation of quality management.
- Support the team with advice and action, lead by example, and create work schedules.
- Ensure a respectful leadership at eye level and a trusting cooperation.
- Provide competent advice and courteous service to customers.
- Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail.
- Comply with legal and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector.
