About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Tate Inc.

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of our raised access flooring product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product releases.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the supply of high-quality and sustainable materials.
  • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and launching new products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
