Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services through our innovative telehealth platform.

Key Benefits:
- Work remotely from the comfort of your home
- Full-time W2 employment
- Competitive compensation package with earning potential ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, including base salary and bonuses
- Standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM MST; no weekend shifts
- Liability insurance provided along with an annual stipend for professional development and educational opportunities
- Additional compensation available for bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish

Essential Requirements:
- Master's degree and relevant licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Home office must ensure privacy for patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must meet background and regulatory standards

Desired Skills:
- Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience in treatment planning
- Comfortable using technology throughout the workday, including telehealth software and communication tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients to achieve their goals
- Competence in conducting comprehensive assessments
