Our team comprises specialists in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), fostering a collaborative and effective environment for our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our organization. You will be stationed at your designated location daily, ensuring reliable compensation irrespective of patient cancellations or indirect administrative responsibilities.

We also encourage Clinical Fellows to submit their applications.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary ranging from $72,000 to $89,000, contingent on skills, certifications, and experience
  • Potential for bilingual pay differential for eligible candidates

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: A balanced 4-day work week featuring 10-hour shifts (Monday – Thursday from 7 AM to 6 PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Paid documentation time integrated into the schedule
  • Center-based work environment
  • No weekend shifts
  • No travel required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for clients
  • Design and execute personalized therapy plans
  • Maintain precise electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
  • Supervise SLPAs and clinical fellows as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Speech Therapist License with CCCs (or eligibility for licensure in Arizona)
  • Successful completion of the AZ required National Board of Speech Therapists examination
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Level One IVP Fingerprint card (or eligibility to apply)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience working with children, especially those with developmental needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • High energy level and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
