Job Summary

Network Human Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents, while also maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our residential services, including staff supervision and resident care.
  • Develop and implement programs and services to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure the medical needs of our residents are met.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call coverage and respond to emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human services or social work.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license and eligibility for Network Human Services' auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm with on-call hours.
