We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FM Program Director to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester, CT, just 10 miles from Hartford.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the FM program, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with preferred previous academic program director leadership or related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical, educational, leadership, and administrative experience.
- Connecticut Physician License, Federal DEA, and Connecticut Controlled Substance License (or eligible).
