Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role, with a strong engineering focus
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, networking, and other infrastructure technologies
  • Familiarity with managing both Windows and macOS environments
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and configuring firewalls, VPNs, and network devices (Meraki experience is a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to self-start, work unsupervised, and work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to travel locally to client sites as required
