As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including patient interaction, administrative duties, and assisting physicians during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare patients for treatment by taking vital signs, reviewing medical history, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and anticipating their needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist physicians during in-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, adhering to strict protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Clean and stock procedure rooms and recovery areas, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery.
  • Cross-train in andrology to provide backup support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited program.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field, such as chemical, physical, or biological science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
