About Us:

True Legal Support, Inc. is a leading provider of attorney services in California, catering to personal injury attorneys.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Filing Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation and filing of court documents through electronic/e-filing and traditional filing methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • e-Filing and Court Filing: Support in the preparation and filing of court documents through electronic/e-filing and traditional filing methods.
  • Court Document Preparation: Review, prepare, and process client orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dispatching Orders: Efficiently manage the dispatching of orders related to court filings and service of process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Data Entry and Document Management: Participate in data entry responsibilities and prepare legal documents with precision, maintaining document integrity.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of court reporters, interpreters, videographers, appearance attorneys, and conference rooms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic filing and/or Service of process.
  • Proficiency in Outlook 365, Legal Connect, Tristar, and Adobe Acrobat or Nitro.
  • Familiarity with tasks such as court filing/e-filing procedures, service of process, and civil litigation procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working remotely, with no less than 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
