Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Developer to join our team at Crane 1 Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and develop long-term business partnerships with existing customers and cultivate new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans that meet company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' industrial sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
