Job Title: Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Confluence Health. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their insurance coverage and billing processes.
  • Screen patients for financial assistance programs and assist with enrollment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient account information and ensure proper insurance payments and adjustments.
  • Provide patients with price estimations prior to procedures and assist with MyChart portal access.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in basic math functions and able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively in Spanish a plus.
