Customer Relations Specialist (Part-Time)

The part-time Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of Omni-channel customer support, demonstrating outstanding verbal communication skills over the phone. Collaboration with team members is essential, along with a keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Each member of the Customer Relations team plays a crucial role in positively representing the Artful Home brand and ensuring optimal customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Emphasizes Artful Home's Purpose, Vision, and Values, prioritizing the interests of the brand, team members, artisans, and customers in all tasks.
  • Contributes to a respectful and inclusive environment, motivating all team members to enhance their contributions towards achieving business objectives.
  • Processes incoming orders via phone, mail, or web channels.
  • Monitors order status and follows up as necessary.
  • Manages orders from online marketplaces.
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, and online platforms.
  • Oversees web order evaluations and processing.
  • Assists management in the training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Adheres to established guidelines to provide exceptional customer support and experiences.
  • Develops opening and closing procedures.
  • Acquires comprehensive knowledge of products.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • May work overtime as required.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
