Key Responsibilities- Assess and determine the clinical placement needs of patients in our acute care setting
- Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and bed control/admitting teams to ensure efficient patient placement
- Monitor and evaluate patient flow and placement, considering financial and regulatory issues
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize bed utilization and reduce wait times
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and families
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Relevant progressive clinical and administrative experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
