About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Placement Coordinator RN to join our team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective care of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and determine the clinical placement needs of acute care patients
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and bed control/admitting to coordinate patient flow and bed facilitation
  • Monitor and evaluate patient flow and placement, considering financial and regulatory issues
  • Implement bed control area protocol when necessary
Requirements
  • Texas Registered Nurse License
  • Relevant progressive clinical and administrative experience
  • Cross-trained with House Supervisor
