About The Role

To fuel our ambitious growth, we are in search of enthusiastic, commercially-minded individuals to assist in the expansion of our Beauty Brands, specifically as a Sales Coordinator for North America Home Shopping & Multi-Platform Digital Commerce. This role is pivotal in captivating millions of customers daily through engaging livestream video storytelling across various platforms, showcasing THG Beauty Brand discoveries and products.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the lead Sales Manager to ensure the maintenance of precise and comprehensive information essential for daily business decision-making. This role is fast-paced and diverse, offering opportunities to engage with all facets of live Home Shopping and Multi-Platform Digital Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with management and clients to nurture existing relationships.
  • Maintain schedules regarding lead times, launch dates, and exclusivity initiatives.
  • Monitor updates on cost of goods and delivery timelines to the USA.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Lead the organization of resources necessary for sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with Operations to communicate purchase order out-of-stocks and any adjustments to sales and/or customers.
  • Work with Operations to oversee open orders, ensuring timely shipping of all purchase orders.
  • Complete product setup forms and new product development launch forms as required.
  • Update SKU charts and order forms as necessary.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Manage on-air guest schedules for live broadcasts.
  • Coordinate samples across client teams and on-air guests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address Quality Assurance needs.
  • Assist with professional photo shoots (models/samples/forms).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Support the Sales Manager across multiple THG Beauty Brands.
  • Collaborate on budget goals, objectives, and strategies for business growth.
  • Manage all sample order requests.
  • Complete all new account and new product setups.
  • Coordinate and oversee meeting invitations.
  • Organize, file, and update all assets/brand information/decks/files/costs.
  • Consolidate decks and prepare for meetings.
  • Follow up on emails regarding meetings and outstanding requests.
  • Track all timelines to ensure successful execution from start to finish.
  • Maintain calendar updates and communicate with necessary parties as required.
  • Regularly monitor reviews.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, and deadline management skills.

  • High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
