Role and Responsibilities

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales presentations and recommending products to customers
  • Prospecting for sales opportunities and building strong working relationships with customers
  • Collecting premiums from policyholders and responding to policyholder service requests
  • Keeping accurate records and processing paperwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience and the ability to visit customers door-to-door
  • A valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage
  • A dependable vehicle for daily travel
  • The ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Preparation and Training

We provide assistance and guidance to those preparing to sit for licensing exams and offer a basic development program that includes self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork. On-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning their profession.
