Business Development Representative

The core of our philosophy revolves around 45-minute sessions that blend circuit and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) methodologies to provide a comprehensive workout that targets strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities- Drive membership sales through outreach, lead generation, and follow-up
- Explain the F45 training program and membership benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Assist in planning and executing community events and promotions to attract new members
- Manage membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and membership data
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and studio goals
- Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours and some weekends
