Are you a driven individual seeking a challenging role that aligns with your sales skills? We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at AxisCare.

About the Role:

  • Develop a list of potential prospective clients and engage with them through cold calling, emailing, and social connections.
  • Resource prospects with the right information at the right time using AxisCare's marketing and sales enablement collateral.
  • Maintain an updated list of current targets with accurate scores and interaction information.
  • Nurture prospects who are not currently ready to purchase but have a high likelihood of partnering with AxisCare in the future.
  • Create clear and concise information on each client ready to meet with an AxisCare Sales Director.
  • Achieve and exceed quotas set by VP of Growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of overcoming objections and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a hard-driving, fun, goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission-based compensation.
