• Architect, develop, and launch chatbots and virtual assistants leveraging the designated platform.


• Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect requirements and establish project goals.


• Tailor and configure bots to align with specific organizational needs and integration demands.


• Connect chatbots with diverse third-party applications and systems through APIs.


• Employ natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning methodologies to enhance bot functionalities.


• Conduct testing and debugging of chatbots to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction.


• Oversee and sustain deployed chatbots, resolve issues, and execute necessary updates and improvements.


• Remain informed about industry advancements and best practices in conversational AI, applying insights to refine existing solutions.


• Offer technical mentorship and support to junior developers and team members.


• Document design specifications, development workflows, and deployment protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in creating chatbots and virtual assistants.


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.


• Comprehensive understanding of the platform and its functionalities, including bot development, customization, and integration capabilities.


• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques for conversational AI.


• Strong grasp of API integration and web services.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.


• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Previous experience in leading chatbot development initiatives or mentoring junior developers is advantageous.
