Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Community Banking team at BayCoast Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement branch goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, community leaders, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in community banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
