Our Catering Operations Supervisors are vital to bringing Panera to the community.

In the role of Catering Operations Supervisor at Panera, you play a crucial part in the success of our catering services. You assist clients in planning and selecting exceptional Panera offerings for their events, address their inquiries and requirements, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of their orders.

As a Catering Operations Supervisor at Panera, your responsibilities include:

Overseeing the success of our catering services Communicating with and supporting our catering clients Managing the preparation of catering orders Personally delivering orders to client events Ensuring outstanding guest experiences Contributing to our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust Assisting your manager and team as needed

This position is ideal for you if:

You possess excellent communication abilities You enjoy interacting with people You are a self-motivated individual who can achieve goals with minimal supervision You thrive in the dynamic environment of the hospitality sector You have strong organizational and time-management skills A valid driver's license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a smartphone are required You have access to a vehicle for order deliveries and maintain a satisfactory driving record Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not mandatory You wish to collaborate with a lively, motivated team that values hard work and humor You are dedicated to food safety and health regulations You are at least 18 years old.
