The Dixon Group is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to enhance our team in the Southwest region.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing customer relationships within the Sanitary division. This position involves advocating for our extensive product range, delivering market-driven solutions to our clientele, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the Southwest and will be responsible for regular interactions with distributors, end users, engineering firms, and customers, with a travel commitment of approximately 75%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present product demonstrations to distributors and end users.
  • Foster and expand customer relationships within the designated region.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Commit to travel 75% of the time to meet customer needs.
Required Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to visualize product functionality.
  • Outstanding time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
